At SearchAsia, we believe that interns should be provided a holistic view to take on real-world challenges and be “future ready”.
Our Internship Program is a 10-12 week internship program where our interns undergo an active learning and sharing process and develop their business acumen.
Interns will be part of a mentorship scheme and undergo observational learning and on-the-job training with their mentors to tackle real business issues and projects with corporates and government organizations.

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for being the first point of contact and bridge between job seekers and corporate clients.
- Developing good working relationships with corporate clients by building an understanding of their structure, culture, hiring needs and preferences.
- Designing recruitment campaigns including the creation of advertisements and market mapping.
- Any admin or ad hoc duties assigned.
Requirements:
- Min. 'A' Level and above
- Self-driven with good CCA track records in school
- Outgoing, positive and willing to learn
- Effective communication skills and interpersonal skills
- No prior working experience required
- Good with MS Office
