Your Role
As an Analyst Developer, you are expected to be passionate about programming and enjoy debugging. You are required to demonstrate professional knowledge and behaviour on assignments, taking care of customers’ needs, by working under the supervision of consultant and developing custom-fit programmes based on discussed standards to fulfil their requirements and distinctive technical tools.

You are required to demonstrate professional knowledge and behaviour on assignments, taking care of customers’ needs, by developing custom-fit programmes based on discussed standards to fulfil their requirements and distinctive technical tools.
Your Responsibilities
- Involve in end-to-end projects, providing technical support and solutions to the functional consultant or project manager in dealing with customers to setting the next level requirements.
- Transform business system design and deliver quality solutions as per client’s requirements.
- Timely support with ongoing client engagements by being efficient in producing, testing, and deploying programs and applications based on requirements to improve existing software.
- Recommend and implement improvements for existing developments to satisfy guidelines and data privacy regulations through well-built content management.
- Evaluate transactional data to advise foreknowledge and practical strategies to promote business expansion.
- Gather, assess, organise and update on technical documentation to close gaps and fix/locate bugs in the system.
About you
Your Knowledge, Skills and Qualification
- Passionate about programming knowledge, enjoy debugging, creative in problem solving literally and figuratively, and attracted by IT and enjoys interacting with techies.
- Have certification in OpenText with proven experience in Content Server/ECM implementations.
- Keen to understand business challenges; have a nose for entrepreneurship and new innovative technologies to provide high value solutions to clients.
- Good to have some knowledge on EIM (like OpenText) but not a must.
- Effective problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills with customer focused mindset to explain complex matters in a simple way.
Your Experience
- Preferably have some development experience or exposure to the development environment in any software systems. preferably in OpenText.
- Experienced in troubleshooting and debugging for the consultant developer.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills to work with clients.
- Self-driven and able to work well with different stakeholders.
- Be open to learning new things and excited to enrich your knowledge.
