Job Responsibility:
- Handle the end-to-end recruitment process, employment contracts, on-boarding and off-boarding process
- Manage work passes application, renewal and cancellation
- Update & maintain Leave Record
- Check and prepare staff claim
- Monthly payroll & CPF processing
- Yearly Employees’ tax submission to IRAS
- Assist in yearly Appraisal and review of compensation and benefit practices
- Liaise with Government agencies on relevant funding, applications and claims
- Cover some general admin duties
- Any other appropriate duties as assigned
Requirement:
- Min Diploma holders in Human Resources or related discipline
- At least 2 HR years of HR experience
- Numerical savvy, able to grasp concepts quickly
- Street smart and able to think out of the box
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of payroll system will be an advantage
- Good knowledge of MOM regulations and other statutory boards regulations
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
- Able to understand and speak in Mandarin in order to liaise with Chinese speaking associates
