Responsibilities:
Supporting the salespeople on the whole sales-cycle. The supports provided directly helps to increase the efficiency of the sales-cycle which in turn generate more revenue for the department. Supports provided include:
- Fengshui Master’s appointment management and arrangement
- Handles after sales service interaction with customers via texts and email.
- Handle all filing of documents and other administrative work
- Assist in report processing
- Assist in answering incoming phone calls.
- Attending to walk-in customers and guests.
- Perform any other ad hoc duties assigned
Requirements:
- Possess a Diploma or Degree in any discipline
- Able to work independently and in a team
- Able to multi-task within tight deadlines
- Good communication skills
- Patient and meticulous
