Responsibilities:
- Partner with clients within the IT/Technology space to get a clear view on their business strategy and hiring needs
- Research into clients company, competitors and market place
- Map role criteria, define position description and specifications
- Track and identify prospective candidates using a variety of channels
- Assess candidates to ensure qualification match, cultural fit and compatibility
- Conduct confidential interviews
- Present shortlisted candidates and provide detailed profile summaries for clients
- Offer guidance and facilitate the negotiation process through to its completion
- Follow up with clients and assist with the candidate’s transition and onboarding process
- Network and build long-lasting client relationships
Requirements:
- Min. Degree in Business /Arts /Social Sciences /Humanities
- No prior recruiter experience required as mentorship will be provided
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good CCA track records in schools
- Good team player and thrives working in a team environment
