We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Happiness department and help us grow our team. The responsibilities include sourcing, screening and providing a shortlist of qualified candidates for various roles. You will help us hire the right talent within the given time frame. Ultimately, you will build a strong talent pipeline and help hire and retain skilled employees for our various positions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and conduct full life cycle recruiting from posting, sourcing, pre-screening applications and resumes, scheduling and coordinating interviews, assisting in selection, coordinating offers and managing onboarding.
- Building and maintaining a database of quality candidates per market for current and future openings. This includes planning for future open positions by networking with industry professionals working for competitor brands and building a talent pipeline.
- Design creative sourcing strategies as appropriate and post all open jobs via the Aleph website, LinkedIn, retail specific job sites, etc. to reach top talent.
- Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements
- Sourcing potential candidates through online company career portals, recruitment sites, job boards, social platforms
- Organize and participate in job fairs and events and lead employer branding initiatives
- Possess specialized skills and qualifications to screen technical/non technical resumes
- Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants abilities
- Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments and behavioral questions)
- Coordinate with team leaders to forecast department goals and hiring needs
- Craft and send personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to passive candidates
- Promote a positive working environment and be available to employees and management as needed to enhance the candidate experience
- Create job offer letters and onboard new hires
Prerequisites
- Proven work experience as a technical and design Recruiter
- Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g. phone, Google meet)
- Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for technical as well as non technical roles
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and care deeply about quality experience
- Ability to multitask, appropriately prioritize and work in a fast paced and frequently changing
- Ability to work with diverse people and cultures
- People friendly personality
- Ability to work independently with minimal guidance and meet sourcing targets
- Familiarity with social media and other professional networks
- Strong decision-making skills
- An international mindset – culturally aware, flexible and pragmatic
