Assistant Manager

Roles and Responsibilities:
Facilitate legal/finance/procurement activities related to the programme
- Understand legal/finance/procurement policies, standards, and processes, and facilitate coordination across departments.
- Collaborate with legal/finance/procurement departments on program related work, and support engagement, communication to key stakeholders and the broader community.
Support program update forum for PMO
- Support secretariat to all program update forum, working closely with Planning and Business teams.
- Assist PMO team in collating meeting agenda & materials, organize meeting logistics and writing of minutes of meeting and manage access of all program artefacts and reports.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Minimum a degree, within IT related field is preferred.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience, exposure to legal / finance / procurement related activities pertaining to IT systems.
- Ability to work with various teams and departments with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Great stakeholder management skills.
