The Enterprise Platforms team is seeking an experienced Scrum Master/Agile Product Specialist. The team is ideally seeking an incumbent who is skilled in Agile methodologies and has a strong background in product management tasks, including requirement gathering and user story development. Background Knowledge of application development is beneficial.

- Agile Process Leadership: Facilitate Agile ceremonies, ensuring effective execution of sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- JIRA/Atlassian products Proficiency: Efficiently manage JIRA, Atlassian products for project tracking and backlog management.
- User Story Refinement: Enhance user stories and acceptance criteria for clarity and feasibility.
- Requirement Gathering: Actively participate in requirement gathering to understand and document business needs and product functionalities.
- Product Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation, including feature descriptions and user guides.
- Mock UI Design: Develop mock UIs to illustrate feature concepts and user flows.
- Quality Assurance Support: Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure high-quality feature development.
- Release Verification: Oversee release processes to ensure accurate implementation and documentation.
- Continuous Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements in team productivity and product quality.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Serve as a bridge between the development team, product management, and external stakeholders.
Skills for Success
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimally 4-5 years of experience in a Scrum Master or similar Agile facilitation role.
- Proficient in JIRA JIRA/Atlassian products and other Agile tools.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and principles.
- Experience in requirement gathering, product documentation, and UI design concepts.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and team-building skills.
- Agile Methodology Certifications: Additional certifications in Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) are desirable.
- Project Management Experience: Prior experience in managing complex software development projects.
- Business Analysis Skills: Experience in business analysis, ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in the Cloud, Telco industry sector will be an advantage
