Responsibilities:
· Data collection and documentation handling
· Attend and evaluate tender briefings and site surveys
· Preparation of quotations for suppliers and contractors
· Preparation of tender submission and analysis
· Study contract documents, perform measurements and timely prepare Bill of Quantities
· Assist in cost estimation and quantity measurement
· Any other ad-hoc duties as and when required
Requirements:
· Minimum diploma/degree in Civil Engineering/Quantity Surveying … or equivalent
· At least 2 years working experience in Singapore’s construction, engineering and security system industry (or change/add to in tendering process for M&E works)
· Possesses good communication skills to liaise with English and Mandarin speaking associates
· Familiar with AUTOCAD software
