Job Summary:

Sales and Marketing Executive assist Sales & Marketing team to implement sales strategies and achieve sales targets. In this role, you will need to generate new business opportunities, conduct product presentation.

As the Sales and Marketing Executive, you will need to site viewing, and demonstrations with potential clients to generate business opportunities and secure sales contracts.


Scope of Works of Customer Success Manager

· Collaborate with the Sales & Marketing team to implement sales strategies and achieve sales targets for silver and bronze markets.

· Assist in identifying potential leads and generating new business opportunities.

· Conduct product presentations, site viewing, and demonstrations with potential clients to secure sales contracts.

· Support the execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives to promote the organization's services.

· Assist in the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and online content.

· Contribute to managing the organization's online presence, including website and social media platforms.

· Collaborate with the marketing team to monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.

· Contribute ideas and insights to enhance marketing strategies and improve the customer experience.

· Foster positive prospective client relationships and ensuring trust during sales engagements to ensure high levels of conversion.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address prospective client requirements and are within package

· Collect and analyze prospective client feedback to identify areas for improvement and propose innovative solutions.

· Assist in tracking and analyzing sales data, market trends, and campaign performance.

· Prepare regular reports on sales activities, revenue, and marketing metrics for management review.

· Utilize CRM systems and other tools to manage customer interactions, track leads, and monitor the sales pipeline.

· Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support decision-making and optimize sales and marketing efforts.
