Summary

We are looking for an early-career Finance Operations Executive to join our team. At Zenith, you will have the platform to gain valuable growth experience, be challenged to think strategically and execute effectively across a wide range of finance operations tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end process for Zenith's internal CRM platform
  • Processing of payments, withdrawals, refunds, and registrations
  • Support the consolidation of group financial statements
  • Record and process financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, journal entries, and bank reconciliations
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
  • Participate in audits and furnish relevant information as needed
  • Answer any finance-related queries from customers
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts
  • Assist in ensuring compliance with financial regulations and laws, including tax laws and accounting standards
  • Assist in providing insights and recommendations for finance operational improvements and innovations
  • Manage daily administrative tasks and other duties as assigned to ensure smooth operations of the Finance department

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting / Finance or related fields
  • 1 to 2 years of Finance Operations experience
  • Possess strong coordination, organisation and time management skills
  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with financial software and accounting systems such as Xero, Quickbooks etc
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and financial analysis
  • Good team player with excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Able to adapt to a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working in a start-up is a plus
