Our client, a well-known company is looking for candidates for the position of Procurement Executive.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle day to day operations such as: daily purchasing, PO issuance, coordinate supply chain
- Handle multiple suppliers daily, ensure supplies are adequate
- Handle customer's PO daily, ensure orders are cover timely
- Handle daily/monthly market reports, buying results, supply situation
- Involved in cross-department functions and liaising
- Handle contractual relationship with management, suppliers and customers
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor Degree in any discipline
- 1 year of relevant working experience (Preferably in rubber industry)
- Ability to adapt to change such as job rotation
- Ability to work as a team within department and cross department
- Fast pace and ability to handle multiple tasks at once with suppliers and customers
