You’ll make an impact by:
- Supervising and leading teams of technical specialists to execute fire alarm project installation works.
- Supervising all fire alarm project installation works, engineering works, field personnel, subcontractors, and site progress in accordance to site/work schedule or program with consultants.
- Being responsible for overall project quality, cost control and timely completion of assigned projects.
- Planning and executing project activities including cost re-estimates, work schedules, and material delivery schedules. Maximize cost saving in ensuring most reliable and lowest quote from selected suppliers, prudent manpower planning
- Directing and organizing the preparation of engineering submittals and timely delivery of materials to site.
- Maintaining and controlling all project documentation - drawings, site progress report, T&C reports and O&M.
Your Defining Qualities:
- Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering or similar qualifications (ie NTC)
- Prior experience in building and fire related projects are highly advantageous
- Proficient project management skills, demonstrating a strong ability to efficiently oversee and execute projects
- Proven experience in stakeholder management in a dynamic organizational setting, with strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Competent computer literacy and a solid understanding of product knowledge
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and multitasking skills.
