Responsibilities:
Operations and Maintenance Regime (Preventive and Corrective Maintenance)
- Daily and Weekly Work Planning and Duty Roster
- Manage day-to-day functions of facility technicians and gather feedback and observations from routine inspections
- Guide and monitor Facility Technicians whenever help is needed to resolve facility / building issues while ensuring Workplace Safety
- Prepare the maintenance schedule and arrange contractors for servicing
- To ensure all preventive, corrective maintenance and ad-hoc works are duly carried out to ensure facilities and Fire Safety Equipment are in good working conditions
- To maintain and schedule the periodic maintenance and servicing Plants compressors, pumps and all equipment.
- To maintain Chiller plants and monitor the plant efficiency. Including Cooling Tower, Condenser pump and AHUs.
- Hands on Electrical, Mechanical, Sanitary and Plumbing works as needed to support Technicians
- Support Emergency Response Plan
- Coordinate with Safety/Security Team and landlord to verify Building/Fire Alarms and record events.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Mechanical/Electrical and Electronics Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years’ of maintenance working experience in marine shipyard industry
- Hands on experience in welding machine and CNC plate cutting machine troubleshooting works.
- Possess good communication skills and be able to relate different levels of people
- Have a good safety mindset and displays good WSH behavior.
