Roles & Responsibilities


Job Details:

  • Salary: $3000-$4000 + AWS
  • Working Location: 1 Marine Parade Central #06-07 Singapore 449408
  • Working day and time: Monday to Friday: 9am - 6pm

Job Descriptions:

  • Support in major sales Promotion campaign planning & implementation, involving collaterals, website, online assets, offline events & roadshow locally.
  • Coordinate all roadshows, events and tradeshows activities between Product Marketing and Sales Team
  • Ensure set up/tear down of roadshow / events
  • Venue sourcing and selection for roadshow and events
  • Negotiation for space between Retailers, Landlord and so forth
  • Own and organise meetings with Product Marketing and Sales to share marketing campaign plans & review campaign plans for PDCA.
  • A&P forecast submission & track forecast accuracy of A&P spend.
  • Manage & coordinate structure warehouse incoming/outgoing movement with vendor & sales / marketing team
  • Design of advertisement including Brochure/Flyers/Banner etc
  • Support in administrative matters to ensure activities are run smoothly

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant work experience in Marketing Communications, Advertising & Promotions environment or similar capacity
  • Prior experience in advertising agencies will be an added advantage.
  • Good understanding of advertising, digital, production and media concepts.
  • Creative and innovative with an excellent visual sense.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Ability to work within deadlines and comfortable to work in fast-paced environment.
  • Great interpersonal, communication, and people skills
  • A great team player
  • Assist in increasing clients’ revenue and brand awareness
  • Plan and implement activities (campaigns & road shows, etc)
