My client is a Property Manager of a well regarded REIT in Singapore. They are a industrial focused Manager with assets regionally and currently seeking a new addition to their asset management team.
Job Responsibilities:
• Responsible for tenant management, which includes attracting new tenants, building good tenant relationships and achieving high rental and occupancy rates for the assets.
• Prepare and manage annual budgets.
• Formulate asset plans and prepare reports on financial performance of the asset, leasing status, arrears and property tax management.
• Monitor operational and financial performance of assets.
• Undertake lease management related activities, including initiating, negotiating and executing lease renewals, lease restructuring and management of rental arrears.
• Work with Management to identify asset enhancement opportunities, conduct feasibility analysis and manage the asset enhancement works.
• Work with the Facility Management team to ensure that the assets are well managed and remain investment grade.
• Other responsibilities include involvement in valuation exercise, investment due diligence review, business process review and other duties as required.
Job Requirements:
• Degree in Business / Finance /Estate Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the real estate industry.
• A team player with good interpersonal, communication and written skills.
• Experience with lease and legal documentation.
• Familiarity with Singapore industrial market and JTC rules and regulations.
