Work location: Changi Airport
Type of employment: full-time, roster based on Vietnam Airlines’ flight schedule. Immediate work commencement

Your primary duties include:
· Coordinating and supervising the passenger's check-in process provided by our Ground Handling Agent;
· Service desk activities such as standby, offload, upgrade, and the handling of flight disruption under the Station Manager's direction;
· Pre-flight, and post-flight checks, and reports on the airline's CRS/DCS and other internal systems
· Acting and/or forwarding passengers' claims/complaints to the Sales & Service team
· Invoice checking, including those for lounge each month
· Other tasks assigned by Station Manager.
Our successful candidate must have full work right in Singapore and meet the below minimum requirements:
· The requirement for an Airport Security Identification Card issued by Changi Airport;
· Proven interpersonal and strong customer service skills, professional appearance, cooperative attitude, flexibility in terms of scheduling with work experience in airline’s passenger and flight service an advantage
· Working knowledge of the airline's DCS, GDS & CRS with Sabre is an advantage
· Proven English proficiency with a minimum score of 700 (TOEIC) or 550 (TOEFL) or 6.0 (IELTS)
