Customer Relations Officer
Location: Orchard
Duration: 6 Months
Salary: $2.7k
Working Hours: 9:00am - 6pm (Any 5 days from Mondays - Sundays)
Job Description:
•To visit newly admitted patients and to ensure patient’s confidentiality at all times.
• Conduct regular visits to wards to check on patient’s well-beings/ address requests/ potential feedbacks/ complaints
• To be able to provide service recovery for potential feedback/ complaints that are addressed
• Redirect patients based on mitigating routes during different phases of renovation/ lift prioritization based on an emergency matrix
• Escalate crucial issues to Service Executive if beyond scope for service recovery
• Report and track patients whom service recovery has been provided to
Requirements:
- Min A Lvl/Diploma
- Min prior work experience
- Experience working in clinic is advantageous
