Warehouse Assistant Duties

  • Assist in stock such as picking and packing of stocks
  • Organise and pack stocks according to delivery schedules, organise documentation
  • Learn to operate warehouse manage of warehouse management system (EPB)
  • Ensure accurate input of in/out stock in the company's system.
  • Able to operate a handheld device
  • Verify and ensure the accuracy of all incoming and outgoing shipments
  • Responsible for the security of inventory in the assigned warehouse area
  • Ensure assigned warehouse area are clean, neat and organised
  • Physically Fit - must have the physical strength to carry loads up to 20kg

· Able to work in a warehouse environment (non-aircon environment)


Warehouse Admin Duties

· Process daily ecom orders and ecom returns

· Document posting & printing

· Prepare Commercial Invoice & Packing List

· Data entry (pick rate calculation , daily delivery summary, attendance, daily job allocation etc)

· Processing of documentation - inbound GR, stock return, inventory transfer etc

· Prepare delivery schedules

· Filling & documentation
