Job Hightlight:
- Cuisine: International Buffet, Japanese Fusion Style
- Salary: S$2,500 to S$4,000 (based on experience)
- Shift: Morning Shift starts from 5/6am. 5 days work in a week with long break hours.
Job Description:
- Support the Chef as a kitchen assistant
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen and the work stations at all times
- Maintain the serviceability of all equipment used
- Manage mise-en-place in the kitchen
- Collaborate with the Head Chef to support the breakfast buffet operation
- Coordinate with the kitchen staff
- Ensure the kitchen runs smoothly
- Comply with the health and safety standards
- any other tasks as reasonably assigned by the direct reporting superior and/or company.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 1-year kitchen assistant experience in any cuisine (Experience in preparing breakfast buffet, Japanese and Western cuisine will be advantageous)
- Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team
- Sound knowledge of food safety regulations
- Ability to pay attention to details
- Able to communicate in basic English(speaking)
- Willing to work on weekends and Public Holidays
