Facilities Executive
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsible for the day to day operations, maintenance of buildingâs facilities and carry out predictive and preventive maintenance.
Work closely with clients, in-house technical staff, contractors, building management to resolve facilities issues.
Supervise contractors work performance and ensure high safety standards are adhered to.
Provide technical support to site supervisors and technicians
Timely respond to emergency calls in respect to facilities breakdown.
Responsible for project budgeting, purchasing and cost control.
Prepare monthly site management reports and ensure all servicing entered into contract management system is accurate and appropriate.
Ensure that the customer has signed on the maintenance reports.
Use of computer and appropriate computer software
Revise and conduct Risk Assessment to the team.
Establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with those contacted in the course of works.
Attend to site meeting as directed.
Requirement
Diploma in related field or equivalent
Must be able to work under pressure
Team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Diligent and strong attention to details
At least 3 years of experience
