Responsibilities and Duties:

Trip Ticket Management:

  • Count and verify vehicle trip tickets.
  • Maintain accurate records of vehicle trips and related data.

Vehicle and Excavator Servicing:

  • Arrange and record information related to vehicle servicing.
  • Ensure timely maintenance and servicing of the company's vehicles.

Procurement (assistant):

  • Order construction materials and equipment as per project requirements.
  • Procure machinery parts to support ongoing operations.

Administrative Data Recording:

  • Handle administrative tasks related to data recording.
  • Maintain organized records for efficient retrieval and analysis.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Diploma in a relevant field.
  • Previous experience in procurement and administrative roles is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in data recording and documentation.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize assignments effectively.
  • Willing to travel and work between headquarter and workshop.

Work Schedule:

  • 5 days a week
