Responsibilities :
(a) Support daily portfolio and project office (PPO) governance;
(b) Create and validate Project in SAP to support project execution, monitoring and billing;
(c) Provide user support and guidance on Project Charter, resource assignment and timesheet related queries;
(d) Conduct Roadshows and training on PPO templates and processes;
(e) Generate Project performance KPIs and management analysis reports;
(f) Enable yearly project and maintenance services upload; and
(g) Custodian of annual workplan and project charter.
(i) Requirements
(1) The PMO Analyst shall be proficient in Microsoft Office Excel and SharePoint;
(2) SAP & Tableau User Knowledge will be an added advantage;
(3) The PMO Analyst shall have effective information-gathering, through meeting facilitation, one-on-one interactions and/or observations;
(4) The PMO Analyst shall have experience in documentation work products including manuals, SOPs, training aides and process documents;
(5) The PMO Analyst shall have hands on and creative problem-solving skills
