Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular site inspections and talks with Company’s employees and customers. Meet with end users on a regular basis.
- Assist to maintain efficient and accurate records for quality, cost control and personnel in line with best management practice. Adhere to budget levels of labour and other costs.
- Assist to Manager to implement the selection, training, motivation, disciplines, safety and general welfare of the staff under his/her control.
- Assist to identify training needs of supervisors and implement the training function.
- Ensure that the Company’s procedures and systems lay down in the manuals.
- Ensure that all shifts are covered in the event of sickness/ absenteeism, inform Contract Manager. Ensure that all essential tasks are completed during staff shortages.
- Develop good relationships with client in line with company’s policy; to ensure satisfaction with our service, commitment to our long-term presence and the further extension of our business within the client.
- Ensure that operative staff received the required training and evaluate the effectiveness of training procedures.
- Hold regular meetings with staff and supervisors by area. Attend management meetings as and when requested.
- Monitor all Health & Safety Environmental procedures and practices and report incident cases to immediate supervisor and client whenever a mishap happened at the jobsite.
- Ensure that the image of the contact reflects the professional image of the Company at all times.
- Liaise with HQ regarding the purchase of operating supplies and capital equipment.
- Assist to maintain equipment uniform and stores in good orders.
- Order stocks as and when necessary. Order stocks as and when necessary.
- Conduct machinery audits and necessary inventories.
- Ensure all procedures relating to alarms, major accidents, emergencies etc are handled correctly.
- Assist to report any other problems on any service carried out by contractor to the appropriate manager.
- Undertake any duties/ projects etc as assigned by the superior(s).
Requirements:
- At least 1 – 3 years of relevant experiences in related field is required for this position.
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma.
- Able to adapt in a fast pace & challenging environment.
- Able to stand long hours, walking long distance, climb staircase, squat.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Able to attend Work At Height (WAH) course for company needs.
- Able to conduct basic training for housekeepers
- Able to take pressure
