Roles & Responsibilities
- Data entry and record keeping.
- Process invoices, receipts, and payments.
- Reconcile bank statements and other financial documents.
- Prepare full set of monthly account for small entity.
- Generate and issue invoices to customers.
- Monitor and follow up on overdue payments.
- Manage vendor relationships and process payments.
- Handle staff claim, petty cash reimbursement and bank matters.
- Handle general administrative tasks such as answering phones, responding to emails, and filing documents.
- Maintain office supplies and ensure the smooth operation of office equipment.
- Any other duties as and when assigned.
Requirements
- Min. 1 year of relevant working experience.
- Diploma in Accounting or LCCI
- Bilingual English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin speaking China colleagues)
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Good team player
- Willingness to learn, take on added responsibilities for company and personal growth
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Knowledge of MYOB and Autocount accounting software
