Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field [Optional] Advanced Degree (MBA, CFA, CPA)
- 10 yrs exp in finance accounting role
- Team Leadership & Mentorship
- Strong Analytical & Modeling Skills
- Proficiency in ERP Systems
- Regulatory Knowledge & Adherence
- Excellent Communication & Presentation Abilities
