RESPONSIBILITIES
• Perform daily administrative duties.
• View daily emails and faxes and take required actions on requests immediately.
• Send official mails to vessels regularly and as instructed.
• Compile reports.
• File correspondences.
• General administrative support for Department.
REQUIREMENTS
• ‘A’ Level / Diploma
• Fresh Graduates are welcomed to apply.
• Has good written and oral communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Candidates with previous secretarial experience in ship management companies or related industries will have an added advantage.
