Must have good knowledge of spoken and written english. Must have experience in computer skills, prepare invoice,quotations etc...
Must have the efficiency to help business gain a competitive advantage. He or she need to lead and direct the routine function of the HR department including administering, enforcing company policies and practices.
Must be efficient in training employee relation and performance management.
Must do other jobs like site visits, liaising with main contractors, group discussions etc...
