We are looking for an IAM managing consultant, you will participate in a combination of business development and billable projects focused on comprehensive and innovative IAM solutions. Most of your time will be focused on business development and consulting/advisory activities with a portion of your time assigned to leading IAM implementation projects.
Your primary responsibilities encompass:
· Lead the architecture, design, and delivery of identity and access management solutions, many of which will be integrated as part of comprehensive cybersecurity solutions.
· Advise project teams, operations teams, and customers on best practices regarding identity and access management.
· Cross train on other identity and access management products and technologies in the portfolio
· Lead proposals and RFP responses related to identity and access management.
· Support business development activities such as presentations, workshops, demonstrations, and proof of concepts
· Be a thought leader and contribute to the creation of new and innovative service offerings to drive business.
· Advising clients on IAM and Security best practices, serving as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) both internally at H-Kare and externally for clients.
· Conducting scoping workshops to understand client challenges and pain points.
· Identifying and developing value propositions.
· Creating assessment approaches, methodologies, and work programs.
· Drafting technical solution write-ups.
· Developing programs and setting up technical proof-of-concepts.
· Conducting technical demonstrations and presentations.
· Facilitating requirement workshops.
· Designing technical solutions.
· Analyzing and offering recommendations in alignment with industry best practices.
Candidates seeking this challenging role should possess:
· Must have more eight (8+) years of experience in designing architecture and implementation of IAM Projects.
· Must have more than five (5+) years of consulting experience.
· Must have one to two years of Project Management experience.
· Must have worked with some of the leading IAM products like SailPoint, Saviynt, ForgeRock, Ping, Okta, Oracle, and CyberArk.
· Hands-on technical project experience with IAM products
· Must have had software development experience during the initial part of the employment.
· Must have good functional knowledge to understand the business requirements.
· Ability to lead multiple teams in different IAM products.
· Good to have product certifications.
