The Role
If you live and breathe digital marketing, we want to talk to you. We are looking for a driven and experienced professional to conceive, manage, analyze, and optimize campaigns to drive our overall customer growth in line with the business goals and brand strategy.
Being one with good domain experience across omni-channel digital marketing platforms, tools, and ad. technologies, coupled with technical expertise in performance marketing, you will be working closely with our Content Marketing, Lead Generation, Creative, Product and Sales teams to execute strategic demand generation and marketing plans to maximize campaign ROI.This role reports directly to the Marketing Team Lead, APAC.
Key Responsibilities
- Formulate digital marketing strategies and lead as the day-to-day manager of digital marketing activities across owned and paid channels
- Execute end-to-end social media advertising campaigns, paid search/display/media tactics and optimizations, including ad creation, keyword/format recommendations and campaign settings, as well as ongoing optimization efforts in ad spend and conversion rates
- Spearhead the SEO efforts, including ongoing keyword research to optimize website and blog contents, landing pages, and other website domain authority structures, to enhance organic keyword ranking performances
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders, partners and customers regionally to devise and deliver scalable marketing programmes, and/or adapt other regions’ programmes for our regional execution
- Co-lead the production of engaging written, graphic and video contents for various digital and online platform deployment
- Collect and interpret digital metrics, and report on campaign performances against defined KPIs
- Analyze content intelligence, results, and effectiveness of campaigns to improve content marketing efforts and deliver actionable insights and recommendations
Experience & Attributes
- 2-4 years’ demonstrable experience managing SEO/SEM and social media platforms
- With proven success in setting up and optimizing paid media strategies on various channels including Google network, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other third-party platforms
- Good exposure in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate
- Familiar with measuring digital marketing performances and drawing insights for further optimization, using web analytics tools such as Google Analytics and SEMRush
- Previous experience working with CRM system, such as Salesforce, is a bonus
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- A hands-on problem solver with the ability to work independently and to deal with ambiguity
- Strong sense of ownership and determination to thrive in an agile environment
- Interest in IT/ Cybersecurity field is highly desired
