About the role:

We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual in a renewable 1-year contract position. The potential for contract extensions based on performance is available.

Working hours: 8.30am to 6.00pm (Monday to Thursday), 8.30am to 5.30pm (Friday)


About the role

The Senior Executive/ Assistant Manager reports directly to the Senior Manager of CCE. The incumbent will assist the Senior Manager in administering managing certification conversion programme, including retention. CCE will be increasingly rolling out events to deepen the engagement of the certified community and this incumbent will manage and execute CCE’s events. The incumbent will need to ensure that department milestones/goals are met, adhere to approved budgets, and perform in line with the strategic plan, developmental plan and operational plan objectives of the organisation.

The scope of your role will cover:


(1) Certification Conversion and Operations

  • Work with Marketing & Outreach department to co-develop monthly campaigns to drive leads for retention (recertification and upgrades)
  • Plan series of outreach to the certified community to drive effective awareness and build a steady stream of monthly applications for retention
  • Plan and execute monthly physical clinics to nudge conversion and prepare customers for assessment
  • Provide regular conversion & assignments updates to the team and HoD
  • Conduct document review of applications and follow up on missing documents
  • Plan and conduct Onboarding Programs for newly certified HR professionals
  • Work closely with other departments such as Assessment & Insights, Finance, M&O, CPD to ensure seamless execution of duties
  • Manage Hotmail via Freshdesk and also ensure timely resolution of tickets

(2) Engagement and progression of certified community

  • Plan, organize and execute a variety of events such as monthly Recertification & Upgrade clinics, Quarterly Recognition Day, outreach events, workshops, etc to engage the certified community
  • Execute monthly sessions with certified IHRP-CA and IHRP-CP to share on progression journey
  • Collaborate with M&O team to ensure effective promotion of events
  • Coordinate with external vendors and service providers to secure necessary resources for successful event execution
  • Constantly innovate and create new ideas to enhance value propositions to the certified community

(3) Others

  • Support in managing the operations of IHRP-On-site and Remote assessments
  • Support in managing the preparation for On-Site and Remote Assessment, such as
  • sending Information pack to candidates, prepare and upload Attendance List to Assessment Systems, etc.
  • Assist CCE team in creation and submission of procurement related documents in Tenderboard for HoD approval
  • Support HOD in other duties and assignments when required

Requirements

  • Experience in event management is an added advantage
  • Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply
  • Team player with high level of integrity, dependability, and strong sense of urgency
  • Ability to multi-task while demonstrating attention to detail, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Able to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, such as Excel (vlookup, pivot table)
