Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure all food production, preparation, and presentation are in high quality
- Coordinate daily tasks with Sous Chef
- Aware of all menu items, recipes, methods of preparation, and the presentation standards
- Achieve high level of guest’s satisfaction
- Follow food preservation standards to handle all food products properly
- Good knowledge in menu creation while control the quality and costs of the business
- Oversees hygiene, safety, and proper usage of equipment/utensils
- Guide and train junior staffs to ensure high motivation and economical working environment
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned by management
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in Culinary Art and any other relevant discipline
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in the same role
- Candidate with prior experience working in Michelin Star or Fine dining restaurant are encourage to apply
- Knowledge in pastry preparation technique, kitchen equipment, and industry’s best practice
- Excellent time management, and organizing skills
- Good communication skills, able to multitask
- Have an eye for detail, independent
Other Information:
- Location: Central
- 5 days work week
- Salary up to $3500 (depends on experience) + Bonus + Meal
