Responsbilities:
As part of the Corporate Secretariat Team, you will provide corporate secretariat support to the Group's portfolio of entities, including, but not limited to the following.
- Provide corporate secretarial support for entities maintained by the Group and guidance to team members.
- Support the functions of the corporate secretariat department, ensure regulatory compliance with Companies Act and other requirements.
- Handle wide spectrum of corporate secretarial works including preparation of Board resolutions, documents, minutes of meetings as well as announcements.
- Assist in the logistics for the Board Meetings
- Ensure that the statutory records of group of companies are updated and maintained on timely basis, as required under the provisions of the Companies Act, Cap 50.
- Liaise with auditors, ACRA officers and other external parties.
- Support supervisor in all aspects of secretariat and compliance, participate in new initiatives and ad-hoc projects assigned by him/her.
Requirements:
- Possess at least a Bachelor with Corporate Secretarial qualification
- At least 7 years of relevant experience
- Experience in public listed company would be a bonus
- Strong knowledge of Singapore Companies’ Act and provide guidance to the Corporate Secretariat team to ensure compliance
- Conscientious and meticulous, good organisational skills, able to work independently and well under pressure
- Proactive and able to prioritise work to meet deadlines
- Excellent team player with commitment and drive to succeed in a dynamic corporate environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including using Excel and Word
- Good language proficiency
