You will be a valued member of our Corporate Sales team, being a crucial point-of-contact for the team with our corporate customers in the Global market. This role requires strong interpersonal, strategic, and analysis skills, allowing our brand to develop strong and lasting relationships with clients while delivering world-class service to match the product.
Our Corporate Sales team represents our brand to all corporate clients as Secretlab continues to grow its reach through internal and collaborative efforts with world-renowned brands such as Game of Thrones, Batman, Cloud9, Team Secret, as well as international esports organisers such as Riot Games for their League of Legends global tournaments.
Responsibilities
- Sales Order Management: Assist in the execution of sales orders e.g. issuing quotations, invoicing, reporting, contracting, processing orders, and after-sales support. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Sales Process Improvement: Identify process inefficiencies and propose improvements to enhance overall sales performance, working closely with the Sales Team.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Collaborate with different departments to align sales and operations functions, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
- Data Analysis: Participate in the maintenance of customer and partner master data, including account attributes, legal agreements, and CRM accounts, ensuring data accuracy and consistency, with the goal of providing strategic insights in reporting.
- Sales Reporting and Analysis: Prepare periodic reports and analyses on the Sales team’s performance. Utilizing data insights to measure and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) for the sales team.
- Sales Support: Provide other ad hoc support to help improve overall team efficiencies.
Requirements
- Min Diploma in Business or a relevant field. Minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience in sales support, business development, or account management.
- Experience handling corporate customers, ideally with experience in the furniture industry preferable.
