We are looking for an admin assistant with a
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide full admin support to the project teams in the filing and storing of project-related documentation, including the Safety department.
- Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc.
- In charge of liaising with the site team for registering Safety Induction Course (SIC) and other related site pre-requisite courses for all site personnel including applying for airport passes not limited to sub-contractors if any.
- Monitor all site personnel training is up-to-date.
- Source and arrange employees/workers for regular training to meet job requirements.
- Work closely with all the sites in-charge.
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to emails professionally.
- Any other ad-hoc admin duties assigned by the management.
Requirements:
- GCE 'O' level/ Diploma and above.
- Preferably have some experience in a similar capacity.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
- Possesses a positive attitude towards work and team team-oriented.
- Flexible – able to adapt to rapidly changing situations.
- Goal-oriented – able to focus on meeting all performance targets.
- Must be able to speak fluent English and Mandarin.
- Able to start work on a short notice period.
Others:
- Working Days: Monday to Friday.
- Working Hrs: 8:45 am to 5:45 pm.
- Transport will be provided on most days.
- Working Location: Tuas Area.
