Mechanical Design & Manufacturing Engineer
We are seeking for a profile with demonstrable technical background in mechanical design and manufacturing, particularly of robotic medical devices, to play role in transforming ideas into our products and solutions. In addition to growing together with us in rapidly expanding medical rehabilitation sector, playing this instrumental role would make you contribute to society by driving the realizations of innovative robotics as well as artificial intelligence for better future of rehabilitation.

Roles & Responsibilities
· Assess requirements then transform into preliminary designs, prototypes, FAs, and final product (production-ready)
· Define and execute the qualifying criteria of every development stage.
· Coordinate production for delivery to customers, both internally and with manufacturing partners.
· Perform stringent risk and root cause analyses to ensure high-quality.
· Optimize development’s and production’s processes as well as costs.
Requirements
· Solid ownership, user-centred, and quality oriented.
· Solid experience in designing robotic device/mechatronic system.
· Proficient in DFMA for machining and soft moulding.
· Proficient in kinematic/motion analysis.
· Proficient in SOLIDWORKS.
· Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, manufacturing, or related fields.
· Any of the followings would be plus:
o Experience in designing and manufacturing consumer products.
o Proficient in converting non-parametric model to parametric model.
o Experience in selection of DC motors
o Hands-on experience in complying with ISO 13485 QMS.
o Hands-on experience in complying with IEC 60601-1.
