Job Descriptions:
- Take care of company general affairs and administrative duties.
- Manage daily administration tasks, documentation, and coordination
- Handle administrative duties including proper organisation of records/data keeping
- Prepare quotations, purchase orders and invoices for customers
- Responsible for sourcing on electronics and mechanical parts
- Responsible follow through purchase requisitions
- Follow up on purchase orders and monitor deliveries to ensure materials are delivered within specifications
- Maintain appropriate levels of stock and track records of inventories
- Provide general support in operations and administrative functions to supervisor
- Any other ad-hoc as assigned
Requirements:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office – Excel / Words / PowerPoint
- Strong Interpersonal and Communication skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Strong sense of initiative and teamwork
- No prior experience is welcomed, on job training will be provided
