We are looking for dynamic individuals to join us as we continue to expand our operations.
Reporting to the General Manager, you will lead a team to grow the business and ensure maximum operational efficiencies & effectiveness. Provide strategic advice to the management team and adopting best practices for Corporate department.
A day in our life:
· Manage & grow the overall portfolio to meet the department's targets – New & Renewal Business
· Oversees and manages the daily operations and business activities of the Corporate Solutions Department
· Ensure Teamwork and align roles & responsibilities for maximum effectiveness
· New Business development strategies
· Ensure excellent retention rate on existing portfolio
· Renewal invitation to be executed diligently at least 60 days before expiry
· Develop Cross Sell strategies with other Business Units & Existing Clients
· Ensure prompt premium collection for new business
· Gather market studies and/or feedbacks and take necessary action
· Managing escalations from the team and work closely with the General Manager for the overall succession planning of all team members
· Carry out any other duties as assigned
What you need:
· Posses a minimum Degree in Business Administration or similar capacity
· At least 6 years of relevant industry experience including team management
· Knowledge and experience in Property & Casualty
· Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer skills
· Meticulous, responsible, organized, detail oriented and good interpersonal skills
· Good analytical, communication and time management skills
· Understanding of diverse business processes and strategy development
· Able to manage high transaction volume and in a fast-paced environment
· BCP, PGI, CGI & HI Certifications
