As a Funeral Advisor Trainee, you will acquire knowledge and skills in:
- Managing clients' expectations and providing support during their time of need
- Understanding the funeral processes for various religions, including rituals and customs
- Executing procedures for post-death care
- Upholding excellent customer service standards
- Conducting and overseeing funeral processes, including coordination with suppliers and delivering eulogies
Your duties will involve:
- Recommending suitable packages, products, and services based on customers' requirements
- Advising and guiding customers on funeral customs and traditions
- Planning and executing funeral events according to customers' preferences
- Handling the collection and transportation of the deceased
- Performing various tasks during the funeral process, such as assisting with funeral rites and closing caskets
- Leading and collaborating with the funeral service team to ensure efficient service delivery in compliance with SOPs
Requirements:
- Valid Class 3/3A driving licence is required
- Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in Sales / Customer Service / Events Planning / in Funeral Services industry
- Minimum GCE O Levels and above
- Willing to do shift work and work overtime (including weekends and public holidays) when required
- Proficient in written and spoken English and Mandarin Chinese to serve our range of client
- Empathetic in dealing with bereaved families
- Good coordination and organization skills
- Team player
- Good time management skills
Salary: $2,650.00 - $3,200.00 per month
