Job Description
- Business development from hypothesis testing to actual business
- Build software service of battery analysis technology and analyze data collaborating with Japanese and Chinese technical teams
- Search and realize of business partnerships with local and Japanese companies
- Establish Business plan and manage projects
- Budget and allocate resources and expenses
- Research on macro and micro trends in mobility and EV market
- Coordination with external stakeholders such as national government, conglomerates, car OEMs, etc.
- Application for government subsidies and realization of demonstrations
- Enhance core technology, create requirements definition and deliver software service
- Local human resource recruitment, training and management
Job Requirement
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/ Post Graduate. MBA holder is preferred.
- Possesses knowledge of EV battery analysis technology
- Over 5 years of experience of new business development
- Experience in business planning, project management of 10 or more people, and management accounting
- Proficient in Japanese in order to liaise with related party, required to have at least JLPT N1 level as the role required to communicate with Japan HQ and translation of Japanese documents to English, and vice versa (Business level)
- Able to take initiative and work under minimal supervision in a fast-paces environment
- Possess good corporate network and relationship
- Team player
- Familiar with Japanese Firm operations
- Have experience in dealing with Japanese customer
