Job Description
1. To report & assist System Lead/Team Lead/Service Managers in meeting SLA and KPIs in accordance to maintenance contractual agreement.
2. Able to operate and thrive in a dynamic work environment where you are required to liaise with both internal and external stakeholders
3. To perform routine Preventive & Corrective Maintenance in accordance with the maintenance instructions / procedures.
4. Liaison with Procurement and equipment vendors
5. 24/7 standby for fault activation
6. Arrange and conduct monthly meeting with customers.
7. Provide engineering services
8. Office location at Jalan Boon Lay.
9. Candidates will be required to travel to multiple sites within Singapore.
Minimum Requirements
1. Minimum of Diploma in Electronics/Mechatronics/Computer Engineering or equivalent (candidates with lesser academic qualifications/experience maybe considered for other positions)
2. Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar engineering-related capacity (candidates with lesser experience/fresh graduates maybe considered for other positions)
3. Positive work ethics and team player
4. Thrive in multi-disciplinary and cross-functional environments
5. Able to work effectively in an outdoor environment
6. Experience in BI Tools such as Tableau, Power BI will be added advantage.
7. Experience in System-Level Maintenance in the following disciplines is highly preferred (Radio Communications, basic Networking skills, UPS). Other Engineering-related experience maybe considered. Experience and/or certifications in either CCNA, will be added advantage.
8. WSH Certifications (i.e. Work-at-Height, etc) will be added advantage.
9. Effective written, verbal and interpersonal skills
10. Proficient in MS Office (words, powerpoint & excel)
11. Possess Class 3 Driving License
12. Singaporeans only.
