Associate Project Manager - Security Operations (CyberArk)

Position Summary:


He/She will be the Project Manager to manage and deliver multiple enhancements for the national healthcare programme, across private and public healthcare. He/She will report to the Project Director, and serves as the bridge between business and IT to translate complex business and cybersecurity needs into system solutions. He/She will manage delivery within a multi-stakeholder environment (internal and external), develop project plans, identify and coordinate resources, involving those outside the unit to meet outcomes and deadlines. He/She will need to work closely within the delivery team across multiple tracks such as Product Management, Testing, Operations, CyberSecurity and Solution Architecture teams. He/She needs to develop system functional requirements and cybersecurity requirement based on a set of business needs, policy and cybersecurity requirements. He/She He handles situations which may require extensive research of the organisation’s business processes and requirements, information technology requirements, cybersecurity requirement, procedures or problems according to business and cybersecurity needs. He addresses complex questions and/or issues. He/She is able to see connections between business and IT needs of an organisation, and to develop and communicate effective system solutions. He/She thrives and easily draws trends from ambiguous circumstances, and addresses complex issues with sound judgement and decisions.


Role and Responsibilities

Project Management

1. Manage multiple projects and responsible for the execution from planning to initiation to completion.

2. Determine project goals to ensure the project supports business and cybersecurity objectives and strategies.

3. Communicate project objectives junctures to obtain buy in from all stakeholders

4. Perform scoping and coordination of assessments and drive assessments to delivery

5. Develop project plans which include requirements, scope, deliverables, resources, budget and schedules.

6. Define project tasks and resource requirements to achieve optimal resource utilization.

7. Enforce use of best practices and frameworks for project implementation

8. Identify, manage and track issues, risks and dependencies that affect the delivery of the project outcome.

9. Track project deliverables and ensure projects are completed within budget, schedules and quality standards.

10. Present reports and project updates to stakeholders on a regular basis.

11. Engagement, communication and promotion of plans to key stakeholders.

12. Liaise with internal teams to ensure integration is included in relevant workplans.

13. Manage vendor to deliver projects, change requests and service requests on time to meet overall project goals.

14. Deliver projects in line with agreed standards, providing fit for purpose solutions within constraints

15. Ensure smooth transition from project delivery to operations.

16. Oversee the day-to-day management of Security Operations.


Requirements / Qualifications

1. Degree in IT or equivalent

2. Knowledge of CyberSecurity GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance), with at least 6-8 years within IT industry, with at least 4 years of relevant hands-on experience in security governance, risk

management, application security design, security project management or security operation.

3. In- depth knowledge and experience in Cyber Ark

4. Solid understanding of SDLC and experience through minimum 5 full project lifecycles.

5. Good grasp of IT technologies, methodologies and best practices.

6. Experience in one or more of the following types of project implementations: web-based applications, UI/Mobile, DevSecOps, IAM project.

7. Possess leadership qualities and strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with different groups of stakeholders.

8. Strong critical skills such as collaboration, oral, written and verbal communication skills and analytical capability.

9. Increased acumen for planning, strong time management skills and ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects.

10. Strong planning, time management, risk management and risk articulation skills.

11. People, result, and customer oriented with multi-tasking capabilities.

12. Able to work under pressure.

13. Must be able to work independently, as well as in a team environment and be a good team player.

14. Healthcare domain knowledge would be an advantage.

15. Knowledge of GCSOC is preferred.
