The Opportunity:
Our client is a leading German multinational corporation, specializing in the production of high-precision products for metal cutting, catering to aerospace, medical, energy, and mechanical engineering sectors. We are currently seeking a Logistics Executive reporting to the Managing Director, to be responsible for order management, coordinating logistics, addressing customer inquiries, and providing support for occasional warehouse operations.

The Job:
- Supporting customers' inquiries on orders, invoices and services.
- Handling shipping matters with freight forwarding and 3PL vendors.
- Processing of sales orders.
- Managing shipments in warehouse
- Assisting with ad-hoc warehouse support such as wrapping, labeling or stacking.
- Communicate with headquarters in Europe and colleagues from Southeast Asia regions.
The Talent:
- Diploma in Shipping/Supply Chain/Logistics or related discipline.
- At least 2 years' of relevant experiences in full cycle of order-to-cash process.
- Good knowledge in shipping terms.
- Proficiency in ERP systems or other relevant software.
