Work for a leading Trading Firm with one of largest trading portfolios. Broad scope across Front middle and back Technology eg. Trading systems and system integration projects due to a recent expansion. Responsibilities Reporting to the Head of Delivery, you will drive the team's outcome on System deliveries using Agile, Scrum or Kanban methodologies. You will Managing Workstreams and communicate to relevant stakeholders. You will be responsible for deadlines and budgets. Requirements You are degree qualified with a track record of delivering projects more system related rather than Technology infrastructure. Project planning, driving projects are the key skills required, Non essential would be if you have an understanding of ETRM systems (Energy Trade and Risk Management systems) eg. Allegro, Endur, Aspect. Someone who knows Agile but not in a textbook way, more of a pragmatic leader and driver of the team's outcome, that focuses less on process and overcontrolling, but is able to guide the delivery within slightly looser boundaries with a transparent communication style and can have tough discussions.
