Managing stakeholder engagement - must be able to properly articulate interpretation guidance to a wide range of stakeholders including (but not restricted to): Risk, Finance, Business Leads, in a manner that is easy to understand. Author and maintain interpretation documents for LCR and NSFR across Treasury APAC locations. Prepare for and manage the APAC Liquidity Regulatory Interpretation Forum (ALRIF) Coordinate with Global Interpretation team to ensure alignment and consistency of interpretation standards. Manage the framework for Governance and Controls of liquidity interpretation, to the reporting implementation process. Tracking of regulations interpretation to reporting implementation of decisions made. Significant level of ad-hoc analysis on liquidity related topics for the LCR/NSFR reports. Contributing ideas and making proposals for further enhancement to liquidity related topics. Working closely with peers in the other major Treasury hubs to ensure consistency of approach and sharing of best practices and ideas Lead various efforts in the LTRA space in APAC, balancing between the global & local requirement. Assist to drive and Implement global projects in APAC Drive innovation process to automate processes and enhance data analysis capability. Good understanding of various banking and financial products and their liquidity implication Hands-on in documentation of regulations interpretation, together with documentation maintenance and upkeep Data and numerical analysis background and programming knowledge Experience in leading implementations of projects involving multiple dependencies and stakeholder groups. Excellent communication, presentation and problem-solving skills A history of taking initiative, being pro-active and ability to work independently. Role is required to be performed on-site at One Raffles Quay office. Relevant vaccination requirements may apply.
