They are looking for a Project Manager to join their Marketing Team Job Requirements: Manage the rhythm of business for the Asia Marketing team, proactively supporting the team together through important planning cycles, managing meeting rhythms and stakeholders, and collaboration across functions. Coordinate marketing newsletters, reporting on execution excellence and campaigns, creating presentation templates to enable teams to showcase their best work (quarterly marketing calendar and assets calendar) Work along with all marketing stakeholders to support team success with key regional projects. Be the Asia Point of Contact for Tools project management. Ensure the global teams understand Asia pain points, help accelerate resolution of technical problems for Asia team, coordinate ad hoc training if needed. Coordinating timeline, consolidating results and work with the Asia Marketing team members to ensure landing of marketing fundamentals through partners and constantly monitor the optimization to enhance the consumer journey. Job Requirements: At least 2 years of experience in marketing project management from an advertising / media agency or a project manager from a Tech Giant across more than one country Ability to work on multiple projects and execute projects within the given timelines. Well-versed in Microsoft Technologies such as Excel (vlookup, Pivot Tables), Teams, Sharepoint, PowerPoint Strong attention to details and deadlines as you will be required to wear multiple hats across multiple projects.
