Marketing Operations Specialist (SG)
12 Months fixed term contract
As a Marketing Operations Specialist, you will support the most prominent Technology brand in supporting APAC workstreams. You will manage the planning and operational processes for the team, including budgeting, headcount management, and marketing promotional strategies and campaign operations. This role focuses on campaign operations, retail marketing, and marketing promotions.
Responsibilities:
- Support marketing projects and initiatives for the team - including e-commerce and onsite retail marketing projects.
- Help in annual and quarterly planning, including budget and headcount processes; identify and develop key operations processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Partner across the broader Marketing organisation and sales teams to implement, maintain, and continuously optimise operating models meant to focus on ways of working between teams.
- Constantly find opportunities to streamline, connect and simplify approvals, create best practices and share learnings.
- Help manage large-scale e-commerce marketing content initiatives with multiple workstreams in a highly dynamic environment.
- Work with stakeholders and agencies on processes and guidelines for projects.
- Manage and lead projects and efforts between multiple stakeholders - partner agency, client, and own teams. Facilitate a good feedback process for campaign workflow optimisation.
You:
- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4+ years of experience in a marketing or advertising agency working on technology or consumer-led projects and clients
- Experience with marketing operations across online and offline channels (e.g., website, mobile, retail stores, onsite promotional campaigns), managing launch timelines, and launch programs across diverse markets for the online space
- Ability to synthesise launch schedules and effectively influence and communicate cross-functionally across different teams
- Ability to execute within timelines, with multiple stakeholders and reviewers, and the ability to deliver projects on time with high accuracy
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage diverse high-visibility priorities concurrently.
- Exceptional verbal and written English communication and presentation skills and, ideally, fluent in another Asian language to support the projects spanning APAC.
