We are seeking a dedicated HR Manager to lead our human resources department and to contribute positively to our organisation's mission. The HR Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's culture, provide strategic HR guidance to senior management and oversee the full spectrum of HR services and operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with senior management to identify and address HR needs and implement effective hiring and retention strategies.
- Lead the annual performance appraisal exercise and provide guidance and support to managers in performance evaluation and improvement process.
- Recommend and manage compensation and benefits programs that reflect sound market practices and prepare/oversee payroll and other HR administration functions.
- Develop and implement HR strategies and policies that comply with employment laws and align to organisational values and goals.
- Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution and employee grievances matters.
- Implement employee engagement and welfare activities to foster a positive and inclusive working culture.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 years or more experience in a HR generalist role, with supervisory experience.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.
- Good interpersonal, communication and empathy skills.
- Detailed-oriented, analytically inclined and possess good problem solving skills.
- Adaptable and resilient.
- Ability to start work within short notice will be an added advantage.
