Job Description:
- Provide software maintenance and ongoing SAP/ EPICOR and user support by maintaining the business application systems, supporting user requests and resolving system issue
- Gather and study user and system requirement, carry out system impact analysis where necessary, translate into functional and design specifications
- Ensure works are carried out to meet timeline, of project of task given.
- To test, Debug and document software developed. Via the development tools currently in use-SAP, EPICOR, VBG, VBA, Macro and programming.
- Responsible for allocating and managing internal and consulting resources on new system implementation including managing and validating vendor delivery and job quality
- Liaise with external vendor for software support
- To be proficient in the use of application system. Ensure data setup are consistently with the software application.
- To ensure proper functioning of the group’s authorized software applications, e,g, Vantage system, SAP systems and Epicor systems.
- To provide helpdesk IT support to users for any physical hardware and software problems.
- Other jobs that may be assigned by your superior from time to time.
Requirements:
- Min Diploma in Computer Science.
- Min 2 year programming experience in development of application system in sales, material, production and financial management system
- Min 3 years hands-on working experience in full-cycle Epicor implementation
- Must have strong analytical and development skills using PROGRESS, SQL, Microsoft Access, Visual Basic, Crystal Reports, SAP ABAP/4 and configuration knowledge.
