Job Description & Requirements
Responsibilities:
1. Office Administration:
- Administrative support for all BUs including managing office suppliers, catering, meeting scheduling, travel bookings, courier logistics and other operational tasks;
- Coordination of employee events and activities, including training, team building, anniversary celebrations etc;
- Supporting office renovation and/or relocation as well as premise maintenance;
- Understand and follow company administrative standards and policies and are responsible for all administrative activities in the office, corporate policy/proceeding optimisation;
- Responsible for reception phone calls to ensure effective and professional communication is delivered both internally and externally;
- Other responsibilities assigned by the Admin Manager.
2. Employee Relations
- Work with HR manager on HR-related functions, i.e. conduct orientation sessions, employee relations and employer branding establishment ;
- Assists employee lifecycle in the company, i.e. onboard and exit process;
- Support HR training programs;
- Comply with local labour law, advise the management team and HR on needed actions.
Job Requirements:
· Preferably with 1 to 3 years of relevant experience.
· Proficient in MS Office applications.
· Self-motivated and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
· Strong responsible attitude and team player to complete tasks on time.
· Good communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Mandarin.
· Strong numerical and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
· Willing to take up new challenges.
· Limit to SPR/SC.
